Being located in Nagpur known as Orange City and has biggest economical development project in India and Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport, which has a broad industrial base in car, technology, hardware manufacturing and healthcare services, we enjoy economies of scale and various other benefits.
Physical Security
Our premises are manned 24/7 with security personnel. Access to our facilities are through a triple authentication process – Photo ID+ Access Card+ Biometric (finger print). Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras have been installed across the premises which are continuously monitored by the security personnel. Access to the servers have an additional layer of access restrictions and can be accessed by authorized personnel only.
Technology
We use Cisco Routers for the connectivity. Cisco and Sonic wall firewalls ensure that the network is protected and handle multiple encrypted VPN’s. Dell Servers ensure optimal performance.
Connectivity
We work with more than one Internet Service Providers (ISP) for our Internet connectivity. This ensures redundancy if there is a failure of connectivity at one ISP. Sufficient Internet bandwidth has been made available to prevent congestion. 128-bit encryption is used for connectivity between our office and the client’s location.
Security and Confidentiality
We are very cautious about security and take it very seriously. Various steps have been taken to ensure data protection and network security. As an enterprise Kayal Business Solutions is very vigilant about Information security and data safety. We have implemented several processes to ensure network security and data protection.
Data Security
Kayal Business Solutions make Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements as legally mandatory formal agreements. To ensure information is fully protected these documents are signed with our employees, and third party vendors (like IT Suppliers) who access our clients’ information.
Feature of Antivirus Protection with data leakage protection (DLP) helps to ensure that the data is not corrupted and leaked out of Kayal Business Solution network. Anti-virus software and Microsoft update server are configured for automatic updates to ensure they are capable of handling even the latest virus threats. Monitoring, Auditing and reporting are done at every stage of business process.
Network Security
Gateway security, anti-spyware, intrusion prevention system, application control service, and content/URL filtering features are implemented with Network Security Appliance. Managed Switches are used to create Multiple VLAN’s with defined security policies. Internet access is restricted using content / URL filter, web category and application filter through firewall and proxy technologies.
Employees are provided with individual login for accessing the system and network resources. This ensures that the data is not tampered in any manner. Access control matrix and auditing enabled at File server which ensures availability of data only to the people who need to have access to. USB Storage feature is disabled for network computers using group policy and AV policy, which ensures external media such as USB drives, DVDs are blocks data copy.
Physical Security
Multifactor authentication using biometric technology is implemented to manage entry access to Kayal Business Solution premises. 24/7 Physical surveillance system installed to monitor transition of human and other resource.
Email Security
Email Access enabled to leadership team and executives to communicate with clients and internal team. Security rules are configured in email server; attachment policy is ensuring denial of unapproved attachment types found in mails and send mail rules are ensuring the access restriction to send mail to personal email domain IDs and other unapproved email domain IDs. Spam filter implemented at mail server to safe guard mail information from malware / virus.
